Please be sure to provide us with all the information we need to process your return quickly and easily.

If you wish to have the goods picked up by our shipping service provider GO! instead of the free DHL returns label, this is also possible.

 

Please be sure to read our return policy.
  1. We take back goods in the unopened, undamaged and unlabeled original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. Medical products are generally excluded from return after the 14-day period and must be disposed of in the laboratory or practice.
  2. Procurement items (items that are not part of our stock assortment and were ordered especially for you) are excluded from return.
  3. For non-medical products, devices, furnishings or spare parts, we will charge 20% of the gross value of the goods as a handling fee after the 14-day period has expired, but at least € 4.50 gross per individual product.
  4. Always use a sturdy outer carton for your return shipment. Original packaging must not be used as a shipping box. Please do not ship in envelopes - they may tear and the goods may be damaged or lost.
  5. Please always attach a copy of the delivery bill or invoice.
  6. Please pay sufficient postage. Unfranked or insufficiently franked items cannot be accepted.
  7. Please send the goods/s to: Gold Quadrat GmbH Retouren Zentrum, Büttnerstraße 13, 30165 Hannover.
  8. We will gladly pick up your return for a fee of € 10.40 gross per package.

How to create the return request:

  1. Click on "Create return now" to request your return via our ticket system.
  2. Fill in the fields under contact information accordingly.
  3. Select "# Return" as the help topic.
  4. Be sure to include the invoice or delivery note number.
  5. Enter a reason for return and the items incl. item number and quantity in the text field. (You are also welcome to upload a delivery bill or invoice in digital form in the text field).
  6. If you would like our shipping service provider to pick up your order for a fee, check the box "Pickup requested". A member of our staff will then contact you to arrange the pick-up date.
  7. If you do not want a pickup, you will receive a free return slip via PDF through our returns system after internal review.
  8. Print out the return label and stick it on the package so that it is clearly visible. Then take it to the nearest DHL station or give it to your DHL driver if necessary.
