We have introduced a new support system so that you can get quick assistance with general or technical questions and problems at any time.
By dividing the system into three areas, we offer you optimal help-to-self and an optimised support procedure to deal with your problems.
How to get to GQ Support
The fastest way to contact GQ Support is via the Quick access on the left site of our webshop can be reached under the lifebelt symbol. (Alternatively, the "Support Helpdesk" link is available under Service at the bottom of our webshop).
The three areas of GQ support
1. Open a support ticket
If you
- cannot find the answer to your problem in the knowledge base,
- have a special request,
- have a deeper hardware or software problem,
then you can submit a support request via the ticket system.
Your request via support ticket will be forwarded immediately to the responsible department and processed.
2. Check ticket status
You have submitted a support request via support ticket and would like to find out about the processing status?
Select "Check ticket status". After entering your support ticket data, you will receive online access to the support status of your request.
3. Knowledge database
In the knowledge database you will find qualified answers to many general and technical questions that we receive frequently.
You can enter search terms directly on the GQ Support homepage. With confirmation via the search button, you will receive the relevant search results for your keyword. If you click on the search button without entering a search term, you will be taken to the overview of all areas of the knowledge database.
