The Vario 230 from Zubler is suitable for firing dental ceramics on zirconium oxide.The firing furnace with an inner firing chamber diameter of 120 mm ensures a homogeneity of the firing temperature on the firing tray with a diameter of 80 mm, irrespective of the position or degree of loading, which has not been achieved until today, and guarantees the sintering of the dental ceramic according to the highest quality standards.
The Vario 230 is designed for all dental ceramic materials, has 500 freely programmable memory locations and can be individually pre-programmed on customer request.
Z-120 technology
The firing furnace with an inner diameter of the firing chamber of 120 mm and a height of the heating spiral of approx. 60 mm ensures a homogeneity of the firing temperature on the entire firing tray, irrespective of the position or number of ceramic objects. This guarantees the sintering of the dental ceramic according to the highest quality standards.
Z-drying mode — effective and time-saving
When drying the ceramic in the VARIO 230 with its vertically and symmetrically aligned design, all objects are constantly and measurably at the same distance from the heat source. The lift position is calculated on the basis of the temperature in the firing chamber and the ceramics are dried at a constant temperature of 150 °C. The decisive advantages are:
- Cracks or bubbles are prevented by controlled drying with the Z-Drying mode.
- The Z-Drying mode eliminates time-consuming waiting during subsequent firing. The work can be placed on the firing base well before the programmed start temperature is reached.
Full Touch Display and Intuitive Menu Navigation — Shock and Heat Resistant LED Glass Touchscreen
The Vario 230 presents itself with a large and clearly arranged full touch display. The modern and contemporary menu navigation stands for more efficiency and ease of use. Whether it's a one-time intervention in a running programme or a permanent change of programme parameters - working with the Vario 230 proves to be child's play.
The sophisticated and intelligent menu navigation means the easiest possible operation.
Safety through PFC (Power-Fail-Control)
In the event of an unforeseen brief interruption of the power supply, the PFC is activated. When the interruption is over, the electronics return to the point in the programme where the interruption occurred and terminate the programme as normal.
USB Port Download Service Center
After successful registration of the Vario 230 in the service area of the Zubler homepage, Zubler grants access to an extensive database. Users can download the required programs or current software from the library of all dental ceramics on the market. In addition to the extended warranty, all services are available in the download centre and users are thus always technically up-to-date.
