Stratasys Bio-Compatible Clear, MED610 is suitable for the rapid fabrication of medical and dental models and devices. It is a transparent, biocompatible PolyJet material that is approved for contact with the body. The material has been developed to achieve greater efficiency and more cost-effective productivity in a range of medical and dental applications.The material can be used to produce rigid, transparent parts that are ideal for medical and dental applications that require precise visualisation and patient contact.
Stratasys Bio-Compatible Clear, MED610 is suitable for permanent (more than 30 days) contact with intact skin, limited (up to 24 hours) contact with mucous membranes and injured or compromised surfaces, and limited (up to 24 hours) contact with tissue and bone. The material is also suitable as a component of devices for external communicating gas pathways. Printed parts with Biocompatible Clear can be sterilised using EtO, steam or gamma sterilisation processes.
