With their "shock absorber function", the instruments of the FlexMount set from Smile Line offer maximum comfort and feel when mixing ceramic masses or stains.FlexMount is a flexible rubber connector for handle and tool modules. This new concept is specially adapted to Smile Line instruments, especially the zircon spatula and ceramic brushes.
FlexMount with the ZR spatula
Zirconium oxide is a high-tech material without natural elasticity, so it quickly becomes fragile in use. FlexMount acts as a shock absorber and thus offers maximum comfort and feel when mixing ceramic masses or stains.
FlexMount with the ceramic brush
FlexMount allows you to give the brush tip a boost with a light flick.
Task 1: The brush tip must have the right amount of moisture for precise and comfortable positioning of the ceramic. A light flick "accelerates" the necessary moisture from the belly of the brush to the tip.
Task 2: The brush tip should be extremely precise, sharp and stable. This is mainly determined by the quality of the hair and the way the tip has been constructed. A light flick before picking up the ceramic will help the tip to become sharp again.
