The perfect combination of proven technology and forward-thinking innovation: The mv-r is a sintering furnace with a lift door, capable of accommodating up to two stacked sintering trays with a diameter of Ø 100 mm and a height of 30 mm. Thanks to significant advancements in heating technology, the mv-r achieves heating rates of up to 200 °C/min, with a maximum sintering temperature of 1,650 °C. An integrated timer function allows sintering processes to run automatically.Each sintering program can be configured across 200 program slots, with up to 10 adjustable stages per program. The clearly structured touch display guides users through the menu levels step by step, enabling quick and easy parameter input.
For simplified servicing, the integrated USB interface allows for software updates, error log retrieval, and quality assurance protocol analysis. These and other forward-looking innovations—combined with MIHM-VOGT’s renowned quality—make the mv-r a powerful partner for any requirement in dental practices and laboratories.
Three preset service programs assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the heating system and sintering accessories.
