The Form Auto is a hardware extension for Form 3+ and Form 3B+ series 3D printers. It automatically removes finished parts from the Build Platform 2 and starts the next print without any manual intervention, allowing 24/7 3D printing without downtime.

The Formlabs automated ecosystem
The Form Auto can be used as part of Formlabs' automated ecosystem. This sets new standards of productivity with an automated 3D printer fleet that maximises throughput through uninterrupted production while minimising labour and costs. Increasing the capacity to produce high-quality, affordable dental models in the shortest possible time and without manual intervention pushes the previous boundaries of using Formlabs printers in the lab.

Thanks to automation of queuing, printing and part removal, production does not have to come to a halt when staff are not on site. Printers are kept running continuously and unattended over the weekend, delivering high-quality dental applications on time with shorter turnaround times. The user-friendly automated ecosystem consists of Form Auto, Fleet Control and the High Volume Resin System.

Fleet Control
Fleet Control (Part No. 40351040) activates new advanced features in the Dashboard and PreForm software solutions, such as centralised queue management and automatic printer assignment, that improve printer fleet management through workflow automation and optimisation.
High Volume Resin System
The High Volume Resin System supplies Form 3 printers with 5 litres of resin via a pump system, so that 5 times the capacity of a standard cartridge can be printed continuously.
