Shipping information

GO! Express

Delivery by GO! Express is made within Germany and to the following countries:
 

EU Zone 1:	Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands
EU Zone 2:	Spain, France, Italy
EU Zone 3:	Croatia
International:	Switzerland, Liechtenstein

DHL

Delivery by DHL is made within Germany and to the following countries:
 

EU Zone 1:	Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein
EU Zone 2:	Spain, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia
EU Zone 3:	Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Portugal, Romania

Shipping costs

In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following shipping costs for delivery within Germany, the EU and abroad.

   

• Within Germany 11.31 € (net 9.50 €)
• Within EU zone 1 from 26.18 € (net 22.00 €)
• Within EU zone 2 from 34.51 € (net 29.00 €)
• Within EU zone 3 from 53.55 € (net 45.00 €)
• Abroad from 82.11 € (net 69.00 €)

 

Standard shipping (delivery by DHL)

• Within Germany 6.50 € (net 5.46 €)
• Within EU zone 1 from 16.90 € (net 14.20 €)
• Within EU zone 2 from 17.90 € (net 15.04 €)
• Within EU zone 3 from 18.90 € (net 15.88 €)

General shipping information

• For the categories Embedding and the main category Technologies incl. subcategories, increased shipping costs may apply, which you can see in the product view.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries of 2 kg or more shall be made "ex works" within the meaning of INCOTERMS 2010.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international deliveries shall be made "ex works" within the meaning of INCOTERMS 2010.

  

Delivery times

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) shall be effected following the regular period.

GO! Express
After collection, domestic deliveries are made overnight (overnight) until 12:00 noon on the following day. For EU/foreign deliveries within 2–3 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

DHL
After collection, domestic delivery will take place within 2–3 days, for EU/foreign deliveries within 4–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment options

We charge the VAT currently valid in Germany on every order. If you can identify yourself as a company with a valid VAT ID, it is possible to have the VAT paid refunded after a manual check.

In our shop you can choose between the following convenient and secure payment methods:


Prepayment via Bank transfer
You transfer the invoice amount to the specified account. After receipt of the invoice amount on our specified account, the shipment of the goods begins immediately within the specified delivery time.

Please transfer the total amount stated in your order confirmation to the account mentioned below within 14 days.

Payment via credit card VISA / Mastercard
You pay with your credit card. Your credit card account will be charged immediately upon conclusion of the contract via our financial service provider Computop (Visa or Mastercard). After effective completion of the payment, the shipment of goods begins immediately within the stated delivery time.



Payment via PayPal
You pay with your Paypal account via our financial service provider Computop. After effective completion of the payment, the shipment of goods begins immediately within the specified delivery time.



Payment via direct Debit (for existing customers)
The invoice amount will be collected from your account by direct debit. (Activation by customer service required.)



Payment on Account (for existing customers)
Pay conveniently after receiving the goods. (Activation by customer service required.)
